Oolong Tea”Black Dragon” was developed in the Wuyi mountains of the northern Fujian mountains in Taiwan. It contains properties of both green and black teas. Oolong teas are semi-oxidized; the fermentation process is stopped just as the leaves are beginning to turn brown. They tend to taste closer to green tea depending on the grade and fermentation stage of the leaves. The tea has been a favorite of millions of tea drinkers due to its the flavor and intensity which allows re-steeping of the tea up to 5 times. In addition to its unique taste Oolong also has many health benefits;

• Aids in digestion and therefore is ideal to have after a meal.
• Increases metabolism rates by burning fat built up in the body, this makes it great for weight management.
