If you would like to place an order and you do not live in the US or Canada please send an order request to iorders@gaiasessence.com and someone will contact you within 24 hours to take your order.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We utilize UPS to ship within the US and USPS to ship to Canada.

How soon will my order arrive?
Mainland US within 3-5 business days, Canada 7-10 business days, International 10 business days.

How can I track my order arrive?
After your order has been submitted and processed an email will be sent to the address provided. There will be either the UPS tracking number or the USPS shipment number. Either number can be used to track the pakage with the specific company.

How many cups does a 1 oz tea tin make?
A 1 oz tin will brew approximately 16-18 cups.

How long will my tea last?
If your tea remains in the tin it could last up to two years.
